  2. Our goals & mission Diversity Focus Today is solely devoted to the support and educational resources needed to compete in today's rapidly changing world. With the increasing globalization of world resources and economies and with more and more interaction between people from around the world whether in the workplace, your neighborhood or visiting another country, simply acknowledging the cultural differences while recognizing the value of the differences is a must. Mr. Rickie Clark has over 40 years experience in the media and publication industry. In 2003, Mr. Clark was owner and Chief Editor of Indiana Minority Business Magazine, Mr. Clark grew the publication to become the state’s leading publication focused on business, lifestyle, and diversity. IMBM’s was committed to publishing a highly informative, yet entertaining publication that’s focused of all minorities. It reached diverse populations and those interested in the importance of diversity. IMBM was acquired in May, 2007 by Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper. After negotiating the successful merger with The Indianapolis Recorder, Mr. Clark decided to launch out on his own again to create Diversity Focus Today.
