My reading journey My current age is 11.5-12yrs National standards reading at chronological age My favourite thing in reading is - reading the task board What I need to work on - Inference and evaluation. Where to next- the same level and not drop down. how mum and dad can help- giving me hard reading books. What will my teacher do to help me- She can help me with my evaluation.

  4. My writing journey My current level- 2P/A. National Standards End of year y4 is 2A. What I do well - I do well in following the writing task board. What I need to work on - proof reading. Where to next - strive to get to another level by doing hard work. What can mum & dad do to help - give me writing things to do at home. What will my teacher do to help me…

My maths journey My current level is stage -5 KNOWLEDGE-stage-5 STRATEGY- stage -6 National Standard is – Stage 5 What I do well in maths - Strategy What I need to work on is my 8s,7s,6s,9s x tables. My goal & where to next – Stage 6 What can mum & dad do to help me - they can give me division, x tables, subtraction and addition. What will my teacher do to help me …….
