Investigating RAFT-cRGD Peptides in HEK293 Cell Lines for Tumor Targeting

This study examines the application of RAFT-cRGD peptide conjugates specifically targeting β3 and β1 integrins expressed in HEK293 cell lines. With a focus on the time-dependent response of these peptides, we analyze parameters such as autofluorescence and contrast after various intervals of injection. The findings are expected to provide insights into enhancing tumor localization and imaging. Ultimately, this research can advance the development of peptide-based therapeutics for targeted cancer treatment.
