  2. The Things That are Important to me • My Step Mother – My step mom is the most important person to me. She has shaped my life in tremendous ways more than my birth mother has. I look up to her in every way possible. I thank her for shaping me into who I am today. • My School – Longwood University was my first choice. I wanted a small school where I am not just another number. I came here to become a citizen leader and improve my leadership capabilities. • My Friends – Although I am quite busy here at school, I try to find time for myself to hang out with my friends. I was a very introverted individual in high school and since coming to Longwood I’ve worked on being more social. • Staying Healthy – I always pride myself on my health and well being. I go to the gym everyday and consistently eat healthy to maintain a healthy body.
