  2. Why Documentation is IMPORTANT • Team Awards • Judges look for pictures & video • “If there aren't pictures it didn’t happen” • Shows that you are organized • Allows you to tailor marketing materials to certain awards

  3. Why Documentation is IMPORTANT • Prevents Brain Drain • Helps the team remember what they have done • Shows incoming members what the team is all about • Archives

  4. Why Documentation is IMPORTANT • Sponsor Communications • Allows you to show sponsors what the team is doing • A way to maintain sponsor relationships or create new partnerships

  10. CREATING AN EVENT TIMELINE • Tracking your events is important! • Create a timeline so the team remembers the demonstrations and events it has participated in • This helps create the team schedule the following year
