  2. Tibetan Dance Tibetan Dance originated from Northwest of China. Local people like to use song and dance to express their emotion. Leg workouts play a very important role for the dance beginner, especially knees training. All dance movements with frequent knee-bends is the biggest characteristics of Tibetan Dance. Tibetan Dance is regarded as the first step. Through practising Tibetan Dance, kids can improve their flexibility and strength of knees and lay the foundation for further learning.

  3. Mongolian Dance Mongolia in north of China, and the Mongolian is good at riding on the grasslands, and one called the Horseback Riders of their Ethnic Group. Because of riding, Mongolian Dance movements focus mainly on the shoulder and arm. Mongolian Dance focuses on body training, and demonstrates elegant, positive and life-love body language. Through studying this kind of dance, kids can achieve a graceful, cheerful, bright and dignified beauty. Mongolian Dance is regarded as the second step, which focuses on body training. It can teach kids how to use their upper body to express themselves and stimulate their artistic temperament.

  4. Uygur Dance The key characteristic of Uygur Dance is to co-ordinate the whole body movement and eyes. Also the neck moves from side to side, which fprms a lively, likeable and humorous dance. Uygur Dance pays attention to the pace of training. Combination fast and slow pace can enhance flexibility and stability of lower limbs. Uygur Dance is seen as a wholistic dance; it is beneficial for the whole body. Uygur Dance is regarded as the third step. It is a kind of natural and enthusiastic dance.

  5. Dai Nationality Dance “S” curve is mainly characteristic of the Dai Nationality Dance. Every dance moves need to pause and show a static sculptural beauty. Dai Nationality Dance emphases curves from head to toe, and all dance moves are done in the squat state. Dai Nationality Dance is a mellow, sweet and slow-paced dance. Through training in this kind of dance, kids can increase flexibility, and learn how to control their body. Dai Nationality Dance is good at imitating birds and animals, such as Peacock Dance, Butterfly Dance and fish Dance。

  6. About Teacher Miss Na started dancing at the age of 12 when she enrolled in a professional dance school in China. She studied the Ethnic Minority Folk Dance, Ballet dance and contemporary Dance. Since 2004, She began performing Chinese Dance Drama, such as ‘a handful of Wild Jujubes’ and she often goes abroad to perform. Since 2006, Miss Na start teaching dance, especially to children from 4 to 12 years old. She was conferred the third prize of teaching achievement in 2009. Currently, she is a communication student at Deakin University, and dances and teaches in her spare time. Miss Na will be a positive and passionate teacher to share happiness through dance to kids ^.^
