  3. which contains: • The university logo. • University name, faculty , Department and the subject. • The report title with a clear and special font. • The student name and ID. • The supervisor. • The reports structure • Cover page.

  4. which contains: A general precise paragraph about the report subject ( a historical introduction or general definitions or ….. in addition to the main objective of the report). • The reports structure • Introduction

Taking into consideration the following: • Discuss the subject into definite topics. • The subject presentation should be clear and streaming forward in logical way according to its priority. • The subject under consideration should be discussed scientifically, so it must contain any relevant statistics, photos, comparisons between situation in your country and other country in the world or between cities within your country. • The reports structure • The subject • ( main topic)

  6. Should contain: • The results and comments. • Any field reasons that may affect the results as the weather conditions. • The difficulties they face during the practical works. • The reports structure • The closure

  7. The reports structure • Recommendations • Conclusion • Table of content • References Which should be related to the students work and results and not copied from another similar. Summary of the whole report.

  8. The language should be according to the supervisor vision. • Printing figures and photos shouldn't be in colors but it must be clear. • Number the pages , tables and figures. • The report formatting is related to the ones human sense. • Make justification of the report paragraphs. • Format the table of content on a legend way as a table or any suitable way. • Don’t use borders for the pages. • Reports should be submitted on time before the deadline.
