NEW IDEAS • Designing a calendar for 2009 with the different homes you sold as the calendar picture and theme for each month • Have the new listings company wide running on the projector before and at the beginning of each office meeting • Putting your active listings on a CD and passing them out to your sphere, leads or open house guests.

  8. INFORMATION FROM THE N.A.R. CHIEF TECH OFFICER • F.S.B.O. current market share is 12%. Was 20% in 1987, was 13% last year. Internet is not displacing REALTORS. • Remember “Perceive Good”, not just what you think is good.

  9. TRENDS AMONGST SOME OF THE REAL ESTATE COMPANIES • Electing to get out of the newspapers entirely • Doing away with holiday parties • Re-Focusing on the internet and Google placement for Buyer leads

  10. TRENDS AMONGST SOME OF THE REAL ESTATE COMPANIES • Taking the stance that “agents with the greatest knowledge & work habits will have the greatest success. If they are missing either one of these, the chances for success are greatly diminished”.
