  3. Achievements ………. • 1972 Bigston Corp. U.S.A. is established sales office in Rosemont IL. as a subsidiary of Bigston Japan. • 1982 Established Bigston as an Independent US Corporation as service company. • 1987 Established our satellite operation in Romeoville IL (current) and Bensenville IL. • 1988 Move to present Elk Grove , IL facility at 1590 touhy Avenue. • 1991 Developed and introduced on-line computerized Service Processing System as Elk Grove facility. • 1995 Expanded the Elk Grove facility from 45,000 SQF to 65,000 SQF. • 1997 Commemoration of our silver anniversary - 25 years of business. • 1999 Established Bigston Information Technologies Inc. • 2000 Certified ISO-9002 from UL. • 2000 Bigston de Mexico is established in Reynosa. • 2001 Bigston Information Technologies has succeeded getting contract with Komatsu for their Manufacturing controls using wireless computing technologies.

  29. Bigston Information TechnologiesInc. Bigston Information Technologies is a subsidiary of Bigston Corporation, providing software products for the manufacturing and servicing industries. These systems are designed to provide support for lean manufacturing and kaizen programs. The company has three products: The Bigston Production System tracks production on a real time basis using web technologies. The Bigston Reporting System provides real time production reporting online through a corporate intranet or through the Internet. The Bigston Document Library System provides a web based document tracking and display systems. It can integrate with the production system to provide working instructions or procedures online at production work centers. These systems can be integrated with wireless networks as well various display devices such as LED signs and visual light displays.
