  3. Initial baseline submission of only OATTs and related agreements After implementation, all new tariffs and agreements filed in eTariff format Existing agreements filed as eTariffs ONLY when revised Submission rules for joint or shared tariffs Tariff Filing Policies 3

Three options for parties with shared filing rights Use shared software that restricts filing changes to sections of larger tariff party has rights to change ISO/RTO can agree to file on behalf of all members w/ shared rights Filings by individual companies using software of choice Individual filers will need to obtain ISO/RTO identification number and tariff identifier to include in Tariff Package FERC system will send notice to ISO/RTO when shared right provision submitted Shared Tariffs 6
