ABSTRACT The hepatotoxic effects from the mixture of Sambiloto and Kunyit extracts in 2 :1 ratio was observed by SGOT and SGPT enzyme activity and the histopathology of the liver organ of female and male galur Balb/c white mice (Mus musculus). The SGOT and SGPT was analyze using ANAVA 95%. The change on the histopathology picture of the liver organ is recorded, then scored and processed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. result, showed that SGOT value of sig = 0,292. This sig were higher than 0,05. Its mean that there is no significant differences between control and treatment group. Beside that, SGPT value of sig = 0,001. That sig were lower than 0,05. Its mean that there were significant differences between control and treatment group. Eventhough there were significant differences from SGPT value, but average value from dossage group was under control average value. KruskalWallis Analysis for degenerative value show that Asymp. Sig = 0,299, for necrosys value showed that Asymp. Sig = 0,881. There is higher than 0,05. Its mean that the differentiation between treatment groups is not significant. Its mean that mix ethanolic extract Andrographidis herbs and Curcumae rhizome in 2 : 1 ratio with dose equivalent to 0,1788 g, 0,5364 g, and 0,8939 g/kg BW mice didn’t have hepatotoxic effect on mice liver.
