Professional Development Model Field Trainer Status: (Train End Users) Certified Trainer Status: (Train Trainers/End Users) • Each year you must train 5 people in at least 1 session. • You must attain at least a 4.0 average survey score. • Each year you must train 20 people in at least 2 session. • You must attain at least a 4.5 average survey score.
