Don’t unlatch at the AGV bay. Need to bring out all the three trolleys together. Two persons must handle this . To use the side handle to pull the Trolleys together out. Unlatch the trolleys outside the AGV bay and then push them individually.

  1. Don’t unlatch at the AGV bay.

  2. Need to bring out all the three trolleys together. Two persons must handle this .To use the side handle to pull the Trolleys together out. Unlatch the trolleys outside the AGV bay and then push them individually. Don’t push the trolley by sideways. If you push, it will topple if there is a hump on the floor.

  3. Never ever push the trolleys using the small round rod. This rod notprovided for pushing the trolley. Always push the trolley slowly and steadily and look for any obstructions.

  4. Need to push them using the handle provided and holding the square bar. The Trolley handle should be facing you.

  5. While pushing back the trolleys into the AGV bay, hook them together firmly (Make sure they are latched fully) and push them inside.

  6. Don’t Push the Trolleys from Behind.

  7. Don’t keep the Trolley doors always open while you serve the food.This will reduce food temperature. • Don’t keep the Trolley doors wide open in such a way it will damage each other.

  8. Try to remove the trolleys from the AGV bay immediately after it reaches there and plug them in to the power point. Switch on the power point. Don’t leave it there for long as the temperature inside the food trolley will reduce.

  9. Kept wrongly as below the trolleys will hit the wall and topple while turning on the AGV.

  10. Keep the Trolley doors facing each other and never ever keep thedoors facing outside.While pushing the Trolley back into the Bay, position them exactly on the mark (The RED or yellow colour box on the floor).

  11. 1.While Parking the Food trolleys, don’t park single Trolley - alone.2.Key in correct AGV Bay number  while using the I O P Panel. Don't key in wrong bay number3.Don't re-locate the trolley to another bay, after keying in the I.O.P Panel.3.Don't make use of the AGV bay, as a parking lot for CSSD trolley.4. park the Trolleys inside AGV Bay only when all the trolleys are ready to be sent down.

  12. 5.Don't keep trolley in wrong position inside the AGV Bay. This will make the AGV car to come and hit the trolley. 6.Always make sure the bumpers of the AGV Trolley and the AGV Bay Rollers touches each other.6.Key in the Correct destination names in the IOP panel. Trolleys end up in wrong place will be hard to find.
