Unlocking Growth: Benefits of Listing on LuSE's Alt-M for SMEs

DESCRIPTION

Listing on LuSE's Alt-M presents SMEs with unique advantages, including access to long-term funding, which is typically less expensive than traditional banking options. Businesses can set their own terms for financing while boosting investor confidence through enhanced corporate governance. Eligible companies must employ between 20 to 150 employees and achieve a trading turnover of K250,000 to K20 million. Requirements include five years of operation or demonstrating robust revenues backed by audited financials or a solid business plan.
