Welcome to first grade! I'm Mrs. Horosky, excited to share our classroom's daily routine and learning adventures. In our day, we'll explore Lucy Calkins Writing, enjoy read-alouds, and participate in the Daily 5, fostering a love for reading and writing. Our morning includes hands-on learning in science and social studies, and structured routines that promote responsibility and social skills. Communication is key! Join us as we embark on an engaging journey filled with creativity, discovery, and fun. I look forward to partnering with you for a successful school year!
