The LSOP Mentoring Program is designed to support new attendees by pairing them with experienced mentors each quarter. At the end of quarterly meetings, a participant is selected to mentor the incoming group. Mentors will contact new attendees, answer questions, and provide essential documents related to OBF Guidelines and LSOP protocols. During the OBF week, mentors will hold Q&A sessions and conduct debriefing calls to facilitate the integration of new members. Participants will have the opportunity to co-champion new issues introduced at their first meeting.
