Cervical cancer progresses slowly over 5-10 years. Regular screening every 5 years significantly reduces incidence. Target group: women aged 30-60. Pap smear or VIA used. Estimated budget needed per year: $600,000 for Pap smear and $14,000 for VIA. The government supports with $500 million annually. Can private sector read Pap smear slides? Rates not fixed, around $50-100 per slide. Suitable rate estimated at $70 per slide.

  1. โครงการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูกโครงการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก

  2. มะเร็งปากมดลูกมีการดำเนินโรคที่ช้าประมาณ 5-10 ปี

  3. ในเชิงสถิติพบว่าการตรวจทุก 5 ปี สามารถลดอุบัติการณ์มะเร็งปากมดลูกในประชาการได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

  4. กลุ่มเป้าหมาย พื้นที่ดำเนินการที่จะใช้วิธี Pap smear หรือ VIA กลุ่มเป้าหมายอายุ 30-60 ปีขึ้นไป ทำ Pap smear ทั่วประเทศ ในพื้นที่ที่ทำ VIA อยู่แล้ว (29 จังหวัด) ผู้หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี สามารถเลือกทำ VIA ต่อได้

  5. เป้าหมายการทำ Pap smear และ VIA • เป้าหมายการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก ปีละ 2.6 ล้านคน • Pap smear ประมาณ 2.4 ล้านคน • VIA ประมาณ 2 แสนคน

  6. งบประมาณต้องใช้เท่าใด มีอยู่แล้วเท่าใด งบประมาณ Pap smear จำนวน 2.4 ล้านคน คนละ 250 บาท รวม 600,000,000 บาท ต่อปี งบประมาณ VIA จำนวน 2 แสนคน คนละ 70 บาท รวม 14,000,000 บาท ต่อปี งบประมาณที่ สปสช. สนับสนุน 500 ล้านบาทต่อปี (ปีงบประมาณ 2554 ตั้งเป้าไว้ 2.1 ล้านคน (80%)

  7. การอ่านสไลด์ Pap smear จะจ้างเอกชนได้หรือไม่ ถ้าได้อัตราเท่าใด สามารถจ้างเอกชนได้ แต่อัตราไม่ได้กำหนดไว้ชัดเจน อยู่ในระหว่าง 50-100 บาทต่อสไลด์ (อัตราที่เหมาะสม 70 บาทต่อสไลด์)
