Highlights • 110 Exhibition screens across 35 properties as of date - India’s largest cinema chain; Set to reach 125 screens by Diwali • Successfully distributed films like Cash, Dhol, Dhamaal • Released first home production film ‘Johnny Gaddaar’ • Synergy Adlabs launched second season of ‘Jhalak Dikhala Ja’, Over 18 shows under production. Foray in Tamil space with 2 fiction shows aired on Kalaignar channel, topping the TRPs • Financial Highlights • Consolidated Revenue at Rs.165.9 Cr. , Y-O-Y growth 131% (Jul Sep’06 : Rs. 71.7 Cr) • Consolidated EBIDTA at Rs. 28.0 Cr, Y-O-Y growth 9% (Jul Sep’06 : Rs. 25.7 Cr) • Consolidated PAT at Rs. 21.0 Cr (Jul Sep’06 : Rs. 20.9 Cr)

Services : Processing Lab • Financials in the Quarter • Revenue, Rs.21.7 Cr (Jul Sep’06- Rs.20.4 Cr), YOY growth 6% • EBIDTA, Rs.10.2 Cr (Jul Sep’06- Rs.8.5 Cr), YOY growth 19% • Performance in the Quarter • Processed 6,170 prints (5892 in Jul Sep’06) at Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata • 49 films (47 in Jul Sep’06) processed during the Quarter • Forthcoming Quarter • Slate of films include Bhool Bhooliya, Sawaariya, Om Shanti Om, Tare Zameen Par, Aaja Nachle, 10 Kahaniyan, Jab We Met, No Smoking, Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, Khoya Khoya Chand.
