  3. i) acceso al suelo y tenencia segura que proteja de desalojos forzosos, hostigamiento y otras amenazas; • ii) suelo y vivienda accesible a la economía de las familias; • iii) acceso a una vivienda saludable con agua potable, saneamiento y energía; • iv) respeto a las practicas sociales vivienda taller/comercio; • v) que las viviendas estén ubicadas en zonas seguras, habitables, ambientalmente sanas y de fácil acceso; • vi) respeto por los derechos culturales, patrimonio histórico.

  4. Problema: la PSH no incluye asistencia técnica adecuada y muchas veces resulta en precariedad. Solución:incluir la PSH entre las políticas oficiales como forma de producción, pero con buena asistencia técnica > evitar/prevenir la precariedad. Source: Alberto Paranhos; UN Habitat ROLAC

DESAFIOS • APOYAR LA PRODUCCION SOCIAL DEL HABITAT • DEMOCRATIZACIÓN DE LA GESTIÓN DEL TERRITORIO Y EL ACCESO A LA TIERRA E INMUEBLES. • REGULARIZACIÓN DE LA TENENCIA Y ACCESO A LOS SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS. • REVISAR LOS MARCOS REGULATORIOS, ARMONIZACIÓN DE LA LEGISLACIÓN NACIONAL Y LOCAL A LOS ESTÁNDARES Y COMPROMISOS INTERNACIONALES EN MATERIA DE DERECHOS HUMANOS.
