Enhancing Student Experience Through Reward and Recognition in Higher Education

This project, led by Rachel McCrindle and Helen Bilton, explores the impact of reward and recognition programs on enhancing the student experience in higher education. Utilizing a qualitative survey approached by the Bristol project group, it assesses factors influencing degree choice, offer acceptance, and student retention. By engaging with various stakeholders, including mentors and mentees, the study aims to provide insights on improving graduate-level employment and fostering alumni connections. The findings emphasize the importance of recognition in sustaining student engagement and success.
