  1. Search By Lender Name

  2. Click on the Lender button found on the Financial Criteria Screen: Search by Lender Name—Step 1

  3. Search by Lender Name—Step 2 Click on the Lender button to receive the following Lender Name selection box:

  4. Search by Lender Name – Step 3 Click on as many lender selections as necessary to select properties which match your needs. The example here shows properties in which the lenders are Access Financial, Accredited Home Lenders, and Ace Mtg. Funding.

  5. Search by Lender Name – Step 4 Click OK. Your selection will appear on the Criteria Select screen.

  6. Search by Lender Name – Step 5 Click OK (Begin Search) in the bottom left-hand corner to retrieve the results of your search.

  7. Search by Lender Name – Step 6 To view financial details about any of the properties from your search, double-click on the desired line from the table of properties to receive the following screen:

  8. Search by Lender Name—Step 7 Click on the desired tab (financial, in this case) to view detailed information about that property.
