    3. Introduction This system manages different tasks as well as the employees associated with the work. It provides a way to look for available employees for the a new task. It gives the status of the task.

    4. Problems with existing system The current system is a manual one. Selection of a person for a task is done by manually approaching the person Due to mismanagement the work is delayed to later date than the due date. Unavailability of proper information to different levels of employees with in the firm.

    5. Project Analysis User group Administrator Manager Employee

    6. Administrator Can create and delete new task, new user. Can set permissions (manager or admin). Can change the status of the task.

    7. Manager Manager can create tasks. Update the status of the task. Can change the category of the task . Cannot create and delete user and category.

    8. Employee Employee can view the task assigned to him. Unassigned user cannot login to this system.
