The Current EPA graph highlights student authorizations minus student inventory revealing a Manning rate of 91.4% for SB ratings. Historically, Advancement opportunities exceed ALNAV in all zones (A, B, and C), and SWCCs are SRB eligible. Note that there is no early separation for SB (5352) rated sailors. Fleet conversion is available for E5 and below sailors from FY 2009 and 2010, with strict eligibility criteria as per MILPERSMAN 1220-400. All in-service candidates must apply for a conversion quota via Career Waypoint before submission. The program is currently closed to women, with a 48-month OBLISERV for fleet candidates after “A” School completion. Visit www.sealswcc.com for more details.
