Collaborative learning culture

This professional development initiative aims to cultivate a vibrant collaborative learning culture among gifted resource teachers. Participants will explore innovative approaches to professional growth that enhance engagement and support. Roles such as coaches, mentors, and critical friends will guide the process, fostering effective partnerships. We will envision what successful PD feels like and share ideas on tools for continued collaboration, like wikis or blogs. Let’s think beyond traditional boundaries and create a dynamic space for growth and resource sharing. What could we achieve if the sky were the limit?
