  3. 1. Scope This specification covers the quality requirements for MIRAENANOTECH Utility Film ( UTE II-21 ) 2. Function UTE21I has both functions of increasing brightness and diffusing light on the Back Light Unit of Liquid crystal displays. 3. Attachment #1 Appearance Inspection • Above inspection rule don’t include in the defectives from mis-handling • Test Condition • : Above size are the measurement after covering with LCD cell of customers. • But if customer need to discuss about normal inspection rules nor apply more strongly rule • in UTE21, both customer and MNTech will made the limit sample for reference in produce • line and the agreement about mutual inspection rules.
