  3. GSDM Graduation Ceremony Friday, May 16, 2014 • Place: Walter Brown Arena 285 Babcock Street • Time: 2:00 pm Line up for procession 3:00pm Procession and ceremony Please leave all valuables (i.e. cameras, purses, etc.) with guests.

  4. Commencement Tickets • There are no tickets needed for the ceremony or reception. • You received 10 Commencement Invitations in your packet. • If you need additional tickets see Lindsay McHugh

  5. Guests With Disabilities • To request disability accommodations (guest seating, disability parking, wheelchair requests, interpreter services) please contact Lindsay McHugh. • Visit the Disability Services section of the Commencement website for more information: http://www.bu.edu/commencement/2011/disability.shtml

  6. Ordering your Cap and Gown • Rental orders for academic regalia will take place at the end of this meeting. Order form is in your packet. • You will not be charged for your rented regalia • Credit cards are required to order your regalia

  7. Picking up your Cap and Gown • Orders can be picked up at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore beginning on April 28. • Barnes & Noble @ Boston University Bookstore660 Beacon Street (Charles River Campus)Boston,  MA 02215-2066617-267-8484 • All rentals must be returned prior to May 21 to avoid late charges. You will be charged the full price of custom regalia at $750 if you do not return your set.

Senior Awards BrunchSaturday, May 17, 2014 • Place: Fuller Building 808 Commonwealth Ave. Boston, MA • Time: 10:00 a.m. • Brunch will be served from 10 – 11:30 a.m. • The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. • Proper dress required • You must register online for you and your guests: bu.edu/dental/register • 4 tickets allotted to each graduate

  12. Sunday, May 18, 2014 • All University Commencement takes place at Nickerson Field at 1:00 pm • Line up begins at 12:15 pm • Additional information regarding the Nickerson Field ceremony can be found at: www.bu.edu/commencement/2011/

  13. Senior Weekend • May 9th – 11th • Events include a class BBQ at the BU Pub • The Office of Student Affairs will be sending out more information soon
