  6. Coastal Climate • Hot and damp, humid • Tornadoes, hurricanes • 30-55 inches of rain per year

  7. Natural Resources • Plants - pine trees, hardwood trees (elm, oak, cottonwood, pecan) • Various Animals • Minerals • Bodies of water
