When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Jack Welch While stepping into the role of the Principal, I was clear with the vision that how my school will look like in a couple of years but taking the road to achieve that goal was not at all easy. The day to day challenges, the teaching learning environment, the diverse backgrounds of my team as well as my dear children made the target far more attractive. I personally feel that to give out best to my kids, I need to bring the best out of my team and I have been continuously striving to achieve the same. The environment plays an important role in the correct upbringing of a child and we at G.D.Goenka, firmly believe in the same. NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) • The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the joint services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academy for further pre-commission training.
