Status of Pixel DAQ. Inject/Kill mask issue. With PTA system the problem is not seen. With Slink system the problem is replicated at FNAL. Computer crashing issue. After taking data for a while the computer crashes, curiously it is not the process that crashes.

  1. Status of Pixel DAQ • Inject/Kill mask issue. • With PTA system the problem is not seen. • With Slink system the problem is replicated at FNAL. • Computer crashing issue. • After taking data for a while the computer crashes, curiously it is not the process that crashes. • Possibilities: memory leak? Slink does bad things to PCI bus? … • While diagnosing the crashing issue I did noise/threshold calibration. • More work with single chip module. • Currently the data are read out at the end of operation. They need to be read out with a separate process. • Online histogram monitoring. Jianchun Wang
