  2. Program Overview • Allows Owners to easily track sales, inventory, receivables and payables from their PC • Simple one click access to a variety of information • Different access levels allow owners to choose what sections users are allowed to use / see

  3. Gross Profit $ Sales $ Store Page Goals Lines Sales and Gross Profit Goals for the Month are graphed with actual sales Multiple Locations All sales figures can be viewed as Individual Locations are as Combined figures

  4. Store Page 2 See Goals Daily Check if goals are met on a daily basis Choose to Graph sales from these time periods Multiple Locations Switch between locations with a single click.

  5. Invoicing – Payment Methods Top Ten Invoices See the top Invoices daily Break out Pay Methods

  6. See Top Ten Invoices from any day Click pie slice for details Select a Date And see the top Invoices from that day

  7. Select a Single Payment Method Top Ten Credit Memos See the top Credit Memos for any given day. Click credit slice to see detailed Credit Memo info

  8. Invoicing – Finding Credit Details Double Click a Credit in the List to open details for that item Simply Copy and Paste Invoice Number into DBS system to find full credit details

  9. Invoicing – Shipping Methods Top Ten Deliveries See the top Shipped, Delivered and Counter Invoices See breakdown of Shipping Methods

  10. Invoicing – Credits Top Ten Credits / Cash Refunds Easily Spot days with Large Credits

  11. Branch Transfers, Internet Orders Easily graph… .Branch Transfers, Sales to Other JS Stores and Internet Orders Conveniently view sales numbers for these type of orders.

  12. Detailed Top Ten Lists Select From These Invoice Types… . View the top 10, 20, 50 or 100 Invoices over a given time period

  13. Service Fill Rates Graph Rates by Lines, Units or $ Amount View Fill Rates for a specific Inventory class

  14. Service – Top Ten Lists Select from these Service Types See Backordered Products, Best Sellers, etc.

  15. Purchasing Top Ten Purchase Orders Breaks out Vendor Direct, Corporate, etc.

  16. Purchasing – Overdue PO’s Top Ten Overdue PO’s See Outstanding and Overdue PO totals side by side

  17. Purchasing – Open PO’s Top Ten Open PO’s Double Click an entry in the list to view PO #, Due Date and other info

  18. Purchasing – Other PO Types Choose between Next Day, Canceled and Preseason PO’s

  19. Purchasing – Top Ten Lists Select from these PO Types Quickly list PO #’s and due dates of all open PO’s

  20. Inventory Choose the time period over which to graph Inventory values See information updated daily that is cumbersome to get from the DBS system

  21. Inventory – Select a Class Select a single Inventory class See specific info for the selected product class.

  22. Inventory – Excess Items View the top fifty Products with an Excess Value in the Selected Class This screen shot shows Excess Items for Products that have been discontinued (Totaling: $13,131)

  23. Inventory – Items Below ROP View top Products that are below ROP Quickly see if the product is stocked at another of your Locations

  24. A/P, A/R and Bank Currently Under Development View current A/P, A/R, and Bank totals. Owners would control who has access to information.

  25. Adding Multiple Locations Have Saturdays count as a Full Workday, Half Workday or No Workday in your monthly projections. Add several Locations and view data combined or from individual locations

  26. Adding Monthly Projections Fill in Sales Projections and Gross Profit Percent Goals for all Locations
