  1. Screening Reports Website Demo

  2. Login Procedure Log on to www.screeningreports.com and enter your User ID and password

  3. Pending and Completed Section (Home Page) Reports can be retrieved from this page, and clicking the ‘reports’ tab will return the user here. Please note that reports revisions must be requested within 30 days of ordering by calling (866) 389-4042.

  4. New Report Area Click ‘New Report’ to enter new applications and/or co-applicants. The ‘recent files’ contains a list of reports ordered in the past 30 days. The ‘New Application’ button opens a new request form. Additional people can be added to the same application. The ‘New Co-App’ button automatically links an existing applicant to one about to be entered. This can include the addition of roommates, spouses, or co-signers.

  5. New Application or Co-Applicant Form If any required fields are left blank, the system will indicate this with a symbol There are different report types (e.g. standard, co-signer) that are available as needed. The services to be ordered with appear on the right. If the applicant does not have a Social Security Number, please enter 999-99-9999. If the SSN is potentially invalid, the error message on the left will appear. Please note that the report can still be submitted.

  6. Report Summary Page – Decision Service The first page of the report is a summary of which parameters were passed or failed, along with basic information. Different color and shape indications display whether the rule was passed (green circle), conditional (yellow), or decline (red X). If a service is not ordered or applicable, a dash symbol will appear in place of the shapes.

  8. Social Security Number Fraud and Trace This report section identifies an applicant’s AKA’s, address history, and any discrepancies. This information is also very useful for conducting more thorough eviction and criminal searches, using addresses not disclosed by the applicant, but reported by the credit bureaus.

  9. Criminal, Eviction, and Sex Offender Section Each report will clearly indicate whether criminal history was found or if the applicant is clear. If criminal or sex offender records are found, the offense, date, type, and disposition are provided, if available from the court house. Please note that criminal information may appear, even if the applicant is ‘Approved’.

  10. Credit Bureau File The final section contains the Credit Bureau report. The data is categorized into Collections, Public Records (e.g. civil suits, judgments, liens), and Trade Lines (mortgage, credit card, auto loans). Derogatory information will be bolded and in red.

  11. User Administration Designated users will have access to the ‘Services’ tab, which includes the creation and editing of system users. Please note that specific permissions can be assigned by checking the appropriate boxes on the right.

  12. Additional Services Our services page also contains some useful tools, including commonly used leasing documents. Property invoices, traffic reports, and Internet resources are also available here.
