Freezing Friday!. Room 7 looks at ice. On Friday Mrs Murphy brought in some ice. Lots of things were frozen in the ice. We saw leaves, bugs, farm animals and counters!. Next we got to play with the ice!. “It’s starting to melt!” “The ice is heavy” “The ice is cold and freezing!”.

  2. On Friday Mrs Murphy brought in some ice. Lots of things were frozen in the ice. We saw leaves, bugs, farm animals and counters!

  3. Next we got to play with the ice!

  4. “It’s starting to melt!”“The ice is heavy”“The ice is cold and freezing!”

  5. “The ice is starting to melt!” “My hands are red!”Ice is frozen water!

Lastly we thought about how long the ice would take to melt. • Eva, Brooker, Grace, Liam S, Matthew, Tegan, Olive and Acacia thought the ice would have melted by Morning Tea Time. • Caitlin, X’phia and Jadyn thought the ice would melt by Lunchtime. • Anthony, Clara, Abbey, Upashna, Liam T, Olivia and Tre-Arne thought it would melt by Hometime.

  7. The last group were right! The ice was melted by Hometime!

  8. I wonder when it will be Freezing Friday again!
