Christmas Biscuits Christmas biscuits recipes Vanilla Kipfel 180g flour 70g almond meal knead together salt bake 15 – 20 minutes at 170°C 1 egg Dark Christmas Biscuits 400g flour 2 spoons cocoa 2 packets chocolate pudding 1packet backing powder knead together 350g sugar bake 15 – 20 minutes at 170°C 2 packets vanilla sugar 6 spoons milk 250g margarine 130g desiccated coconut 50g almond meal Cream Biscuits 500g flour knead together, keep 1 night in fridge, 500g butter knead together again, roll out the mixture (1cm), 4 spoons cream sprinkle sugar on it, cut it into squares bake 15 – 20 minutes at 170°C

The Christmas tree • The Christmas tree is set up in the living room in the morning of the 24th December. • We use conifers as Chrismas tree and decorate them with baubles, tinsel, straw stars and candles. • Under the tree are a crib and the Christmas presents. • After Christmas the trees are burned. In some houses Santa Claus in person comes and brings the presents to the kids. Then they have to sing a song or tell a poem to get the presents.
