  2. Download WindowBreak WindowBreak is a new project by a WindowsPhoneHacker team, which is also known for their previous feats like Theme for WP7 and Folder for Windows Phone. The brain behind first ever Interop based Windows Phone unlock/jailbreak has successfully implemented this hack on Samsung WP devices.

  3. Unlike, chevronWP7 developer unlock this will not cost you a dime. This is a free project similar to iOS jailbreak projects. ChevronWP7 requires you to purchase a separate token for each device you wish to unlock, and the token costs you $9. However, the process of jailbreaking Windows Phone using chevronWP7 has never been that smooth.

  7. Jaxbot was anxiously waiting to unveil his project ‘WindowBreak’, and today is the day when he officially announced it on XDA forum and twitter. As the name suggest this is a first ever free Windows Phone jailbreak method that will let you jailbreak Samsung devices for free.

Windows Phone Jailbreak works for Samsung devices only, as of writing this article.  All you need to do is to open up this website on your Samsung Windows Phone and press ‘WindowsBreak Me->’  button. This sounds similar to JailbreakMe, a browser based exploit that uploads the PDF file on iOS device and jailbreaks it.

  9. Unfortunately, Nokia and HTC owners would have to wait before getting their hands on this tool. Both devices block registry entries in provisioning files, making it difficult to get hands on Interop entries. This puts chevronWP7 out of equation for Samsung users. You do not need to spend $9 to buy tokens.
