  6. Unit Manager Bonus Effective Dec. 30, 2011 Unit Manager’s production pay percentage will be frozen at 60% for agents appointed prior to 10/31/11 who are within their first 39 weeks. Production Pay percentage will no longer be determined by number of first time 40%ers on a rolling 8-week average. This will not change the 15% and 10% production pay levels for agents with 40+ weeks.
