  3. QC ของห้องจ่ายยา OPD การลดระยะเวลารอรับยาของผู้ป่วยนอก 1. 80% ของผู้ป่วยได้รับยาภายใน 15 นาที 2. ไม่มีใบสั่งยาใดได้รับยาเกิน 30 นาที ในช่วง 08.30 - 11.00 น. 3. ในช่วง 11.00 - 12.30 น.และคลินิก โรคเรื้อรังได้รับยาไม่เกิน 40 นาที
