  3. Physical Examination In-Home Consultation Dr. Killian will drive to your home and perform a Quality of Life Assessment. Key facets of your pet’s condition will be assessed and discussed including appetite, potty control, mobility, activity, comfort, sleep, and overall Quality of Life. This will include a Nose-to-Tail evaluation to help assess mobility, pain, or other conditions that degrade Quality of Life.

  4. Please see our pricing matrix below. These prices include having Dr. Jerrod Killian (or other veterinarian) drive to your home, exam your pet, and have an in-depth discussion about the difficult euthanasia decision. Services

  5. Make an Appointment Please expect a response within a timely manner and we thank you for choosing Gentle Pet Passages. Calls before 8pm will be returned the same day.
