【 全院普查篇 】. 手術室護理長：郭俐伶. M D R O. MDRO 多重抗藥性微生物 ( 對 3 種或 3 種以上抗生素有抗藥性 ) ：接觸隔離保護措施 (1) 病人將安排於該房間最後一台手術 (2) 接獲病房交班後 , 工作人員需戴口罩戴手 套和隔離衣接病人 (3) 術後使用隔離汙衣袋 (4) 手術後需轉區域隔離或單人房並交班 (5) 手術房間須以 5% 漂白水清潔及紫外燈消毒. 乾洗手之使用限制. (1) 手部有明顯髒污或傷口。
