There will be times when we feel really frustrated when things are difficult, but we have a choice in these situations. We can give up, or we can: Seek support Give it another go Find out what we could do differently and try again. Ask adults or friends to help us. It is always important that we support each other when someone is struggling. We MUST work to keep our confidence in what we are doing. Try again. Reflect on what you did and think about what needs to change. Go at it with a positive attitude and keep telling yourself you CAN do it. What can you do differently. Take the time to seek advice, think what you could do differently and give it a go. You have nothing to lose!
