Expectations for Promotion • In order to participate in any promotion activities (including the Promotion Ceremony) students must: • Make payment for all library books, textbooks, equipment, and any owned lunch money by June 2nd. • Clear all outstanding discipline debts By June 4th. • Fulfill all attendance, behavior and academic expectations. • ** An F in any class will prohibit you from participating! • Abide by all school rules and policies before and during all promotion activities.

  4. 8th Grade Contract (Agreement)Please sign and return to Student Services prior to April 18th! ** not submitting your contract will prohibit you from participating in all promotion events including the promotion ceremony!!

What Does the MVUSD Exit Interview Entail? • Part I: Reflective Essay • A coherent, organized, reflective essay addressing the question: How will you be a solution in this ever-changing world? • Part II: Oral Presentation • A presentation for a panel addressing the question: Why do you want to be what you want to be? • Part III: Project Demonstration • A demonstration for a panel addressing the question: Can you demonstrate how your contribution reveals your passion?
