  2. 台塑网昆山 公司审核 采购/发包商 建档及发缴 费通知单 厂商缴费 厂商接受账号/ 密码，申请成功 登录注册 准备资料 步骤一、登录至台塑网首页www.e-fpg.com.cn按提示注册详细的有效资料。 步骤二、在完成数据注册1个小时后，厂商可至注册时所填的邮箱查看申请函邮件，准备以下8份必备资料寄送至昆山台塑网昆山公司： 1.厂商会员申请表; 2.电子凭证申请表;3.厂商调查表; 4.汇款账户登记卡; （以上4份数据请下载申请函邮件的附件） 5.开户许可证; 6.企业营业执照; 7.法人身份证; 8.税务登记证(国税和地税) ( 5-8项均为复印件，请加盖公章和法人章） 注：申请协力厂商的会员，请务必至邮件第二条，完成在线填写厂商调查表。 步骤三、在接受会员数据的3个工作日内，台塑网将完成会员申请数据的初步审核，审核完成后，台塑网将会员资料快递至各采购/发包商供其审核。 步骤四、采购/发包商需约2个工作日审核，审核通过后会在其系统建立供货商/协力厂商数据文件，并通过系统自动核发缴费通知单。 步骤五、厂商至邮箱查看缴费通知单，进行缴费。 步骤六、厂商缴费后，3个工作日内至邮箱接受查看账号和密码，申请会员完成。 注：会员申请需约14个工作日完成整个流程。
