  5. Reasons: • lack of professional orientation and career planning in Bulgaria; • lack of links between education and the labor market; • lack of opportunity to gather experience during studying; • lack of effective measures for social inclusion of young people from institutions;

  6. Current measures for overcoming the problem: • reintegration of dropouts into the educational system • Internship programs as part of the university studying; • opportunities to acquire initial work experience after leaving education; • encouraging employers to recruit young people on labor contracts
