  4. Once you save, the next page shows your DRC and department chair; check the box beside their names. Note: if a name does not appear, you did not include him/her in section 3.0 of your application, so you must go back and revise your application.

  5. I don’t know who Holly A. Herron is either. So make it look like this:

  6. Once you save, you will be asked if you have completed your selection of required signatures. Make sure you change the answer to “Yes” and save.
