  4. Login Instructions • You will be prompted to login prior to being directed to the Online Library. • Fill in your User ID and Password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “Forgot Your ID or Password” link. • If you are a new user, please read the eligibility information and then click on the “Register for this Site” link to establish a User ID and password.
