Procedure for Provisioning of RUIM through Kenan FX. Go to New Customer Acquisition. Select the required Package (Either EVDO Plan 750 or NIC Plan for Postpaid). Add Available Components. Add RUIM CDMA (TN). Select Manage Inventory. Select Tamilnadu CDMA MDN Type.

  2. Go to New Customer Acquisition

  3. Select the required Package (Either EVDO Plan 750 or NIC Plan for Postpaid)

  4. AddAvailable Components

  5. Add RUIM CDMA (TN)

  6. Select Manage Inventory

  7. SelectTamilnadu CDMA MDN Type

  8. Fill in the following fields…Then…Search

  9. Then…Assign

  10. After assigning the MDN the page will be …

  11. SelectTamilnadu CDMA MIN Type

  12. Fill in the following fields…Then…Search

  13. Then…Assign

  14. After assigning MIN the page will be… Then Close(ESN will be assigned automatically)

  15. AddOrdered Components …Then …Next

  16. Select …Next

  17. Then…As usual • Fill in the Account Information • Fill in the Contact Information • Fill in the Billing Information • In Final Confirmation give Finish • Then… Go to Orders ….Commit it from the Level 2 User /CSR and complete the order

  18. Important Notes • At present RUIM is available for the Data services only (EVDO and NIC) for both prepaid and postpaid service. • While searching Inventory for MDN in Manage Inventory don’t select anything in Container Type • While searching Inventory for MIN in Manage Inventory select Container Type as RUIM CDMA Tamilnadu • ESN will be automatically assigned • The MDN and MIN list MSC wise is available in http://10.32.32.216site
