In some research, it is found that the milk was contaminated with antibiotics and bacteria. But some companies in the market are working towards it and trying to provide pure and fresh milk. Milk is one of the most important foods to include in the diet of an individual to absorb various nutrients in the body. So, do you know what organic milk is? The milk which is originated from the desi cows which are fed with natural fodder on and grown on chemical-free soil and not been injected with hormones and antibiotics in organic milk. However, this process ensures that the desi cow milk is wholly free from all kinds of the residue of antibiotics, fertilizers, hormones, pesticides, and adulterants. Different Types of Cows Milk: Desi Cow Milk & Foreign Breed Cows Milk Do you know cows are of different types? Then, one is desi cow and other is foreign breed cows. The desi cow milk is known as A2 milk, and different breed cow milk is known as A1 milk. Desi cow milk is completely organic milk, but a different breed of cow milk is not natural. The desi cow includes Tharparkar, Rathi, Deoni, Gir, Sahiwal and Red Sindhi. Foreign breed cows include Holstein, Ayrshire, and Holstein Friesian. In foreign countries, foreign breed cows are called as aurochs or urus.

  2. Innovation and Technology With the rise in technology, production of desi cow milk, i.e. organic milk, is the method cows are nurtured and fed. Meanwhile, most of the farms are making use of automatic milking machine to check the health of cows, chilling units and fodder choppers. However, desi cow produces pure milk which is kept in a clean and neat environment. Also, these desi cows go on veterinary checkup daily. Organic milk produced by the desi cow untouched by the hands of human and thoroughly chilled and delivered from farm to customer home. Difference between Regular Milk and Desi Cow Milk •It has been accepted that desi cow milk is healthier as compared to foreign breed cows milk. Desi cow milk has been enriched with several medicinal values and also has various curing and healing values against multiple diseases. But the milk produces by foreign breed cows, i.e. A1 milk does not contain any medicinal properties and is harmful to the health of humans. •The milk obtained from the cows contains whey and protein. A2 Milk produced by desi cows contains A2 beta-casein protein, beta leaf albumin, medicinal properties and anti- cancer properties such as glucose, Phenol, pectenotoxin, and 4-Methyl which make it of high quality as compared to A1 milk by foreign breeds. What is wrong with BCM7? BCM7 is also known as beta casomorphin7. This BCM7 has resulted in the slower development of the brain and muscle. Moreover, there are several shreds of evidence which show that the individuals who drink A1 milk are at higher risk for about type-1 diabetes, mental disorders, heart diseases, and others. As per the research by the Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012, type-1 diabetes has a high connection with A1 milk. Moreover, A1 milk also causes heart diseases, autism, allergy, schizophrenia as beta casomorphin7 goes to the blood from the brain. Some other diseases through BCM7: Heart Disease Moreover, there are several observational studies which show that consumption of A1 milk can eventually increase the chances of heart diseases. The scientists have done the test on rabbits, which shows that A1 beta-casein protein develops in the blood vessels. This grownup fat is much less when rabbits took A2 beta-casein protein. The fat which has been buildup can lead to clogging in the blood vessels and thus results in heart disease.

  3. Type 1 Diabetes However, this type of diabetes found in the kids, and it is caused due to the lack of insulin. There are several studies which show that drinking of A1 milk in childhood increases the chance of having Type-1 diabetes. Moreover, these are only some studies or observations. But still, there is not any proof yet that A1 beta-casein protein can cause Type 1 diabetes. Only the people who drink A1 milk are at higher chances of having it. Moreover, there are some other animal studies done in which it has seen that there is not any differentiation among A1 and A2 beta-casein protein, but other studies show that A1 beta-casein consumption can cause Type 1 diabetes. SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) It is the common cause of death of the infants under the age of 12 months. Moreover, SIDS is the unexpected death of infants without any incident. However, there are some researches which show that BCM7 is the leading cause of SIDS. Likewise, a recent study did shows that high level of BCM7 in the blood of infants gradually slow down breath at the time of sleep. So, this situation is known as sleep apnea and leads to higher chances of SIDS. Instantly, from all these results it has been assumed that A1 beta-casein present in different breed cows directly affects infants. Autism It is a mental situation which has been resolute by recurring behavior and less social interaction. So. as per the theory, peptides, like BCM7, plays a crucial role in the development of autism. But, still, there is not any human trial which has proved the effects of A1 and A2 milk on autism symptoms. Digestive Health The incapability of digesting milk sugar is lactose intolerant. But, this is just a common cause for bloating, gas and diarrhea. Well, the amount of lactose present in A1 and A2 milk is the same. But it has been observed that the individuals who consumed A2 milk results in less bloating as compared to consumption of A1 milk.

  4. But some studies show that components of milk other than lactose results in digestive discomfort. Why Desi Cow Milk? As per some of the research, it has been seen that the consumption of A1 milk is much harmful to health. But, A2 milk is one of the best milk to consume after mother’s milk. Moreover, drinking A1 milk causes several diseases while drinking A2 milk can cure several diseases, and A2 milk is comfortable to be digesting. The other type of milk, i.e. A1 milk, produces A1 protein, BCM7, Morphine7, and others, which is much unhealthy for human health. Every chemical or preservatives are available in A1 milk results in diseases such as bloating, digestion issues and stomach ache. Additional benefits of consuming A2 milk •Omega 6 fatty acid present •Healthy and nutritious for the children •Enhances digestive system •Healthy heart, brain, and body •Helps in weight loss •Level of cholesterol is maintained •Alternative milk of mother’s milk •Encourages the immune system Conclusion So, what is the main thing present which identifies desi cow milk? Thus, the answer is A2 beta- casein available in the milk. The protein in milk is derived from whey as well as Casein. But beta-casein is the main Casein found in both A1 and A2 milk. A1 milk produces A1 beta-casein protein, and A2 milk produces A2 beta-casein protein. Moreover, A1 has histidine which forms BCM7 at the time of digestion, but A2 milk has proline that does not form BCM7 during digestion. Well A2 milk contains some health benefits, but it entirely depends on the body of the people what kind of food suits them. I hope this blog has helped you to identify the desi cow milk, i.e. A2 milk. Moreover, if you know any other difference not mentioned in the blog, please let us know through your comments.
