RSP19 Report Schedule and Process • July 8: Draft RSP19 Report posted for PAC review and comment • The report will be posted in MS Word as a CEII-protected document • Readers are cautioned: Do not quote or cite the draft report • July 24: By close of business, all written comments due from PAC members to pacmatters@iso-ne.com • ISO requires time to understand and summarize comments for PAC discussion • August 8: PAC discussion of written substantive comments submitted • Discussion of minor new comments will be discussed as time permits • September 12: RSP Public Meeting

RSP Comments Due Close of Business July 24 • Stakeholder comments are a necessary part of the RSP process • As appropriate, comments have been reflected in past RSPs • Comments must be relevant to information previously presented to PAC and not introduce new scopes of work • ISO has followed the scope of work discussed with PAC • The report is about 170 pages and provides references to detailed information • Focus comments on the substance of the report • ISO’s Technical Editor will reflect comments in the report as appropriate to avoid repetition, etc. • The final report will be fully copy edited, contain revised footnotes with live links, and will reflect updates to items marked in yellow within the report • The commentator will be made public unless ISO receives a request to keep the commentator anonymous • Original comments will be posted on the ISO website

RSP Comments, cont’dDue Close of Business July 24 • The ISO seeks to facilitate discussion of comments received • Every comment is valuable • The ISO wishes to make sure that all substantive comments are captured for discussion at the August 8 PAC meeting • Comments must be sent to ISO using the form that will be posted on the PAC website • Indicate the pages and section numbers • Individual comments pertaining to each section of the RSP should be entered separately into the form • Comments in the form of redlines to the draft RSP19 are acceptable, but need to appear in the appropriate column of the form • Do not send comments in PDF format
