Highlights from the other RIRs • IPv4 proposals: • Inter-RIR IPv4 Address Transfers (LACNIC and RIPE) • Abandoning the Minimum Allocation Size for IPv4(RIPE) • Increasing last /8 reserve pools (LACNIC LAC-2013-03) [expedited PDP, currently two /12s] • IPv6 proposals: • prop-111 Request-based expansion of IPv6 default allocation size (APNIC, /32 -> /29) • Others: • No Reverse Unless Assigned (AFRINIC AFPUB-2012-DNS)[ratified]
