  1. UBI is a Safe and Healthy Place for Employees

Ulticon Builders Inc. under the supervision of Carlos Gonzales of Davao, has constantly complied with the OSHS accreditation of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) under Article 162 of the Labor Code of the Philippines. The accreditation is meant to enhance and protect the work operation of every organization in the Philippines.  Moreover, as UBI has  has been consistently practicing it, it has always prioritized the security, safety and health of its workers and the condition of the workplace.

  3. That is why, Ulticon has once again maintained their accreditation under the Field of Expertise  in Construction as of April 01, 2015 with the Company’s Accreditation No.1033-140414-L-0031.  The validity of this accreditation is valid until April 14, 2017.

  4. The accreditation means that they have a licensed OSH practitioner experienced in occupational safety and health standards.  He or she has completed a training course and attended various seminars from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The role of a practitioner is to administer or implement the Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards within the company (UBI).

  5. For Carlos Gonzalez of Davao and UBI adhering to these provisions from the Government is a significant advancement for the organization. In addition it has continuously helped Ulticon Builders Inc. in improving its work standards within the company. Ulticon Builders Incorporated will continue in striving for what is necessary so its people will not have to worry about anything else except pursuance of excellence and quality in the projects that UBI undertakes.
