  1. Ulticon Awarded Tripartite Certificate of Compliance

The Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS) is provided under DOLE Department Order No. 115 otherwise known as “Operational Guidelines on the issuance of Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards". From the various regions through the entire Philippines only a number of organizations have met their requirements.

  3. From Region XI Ulticon Builders Inc., headed by Carlos Gonzales of Davao has acquired this certification, issued on the 10th of September 2012. It is the original level seal of good housekeeping issued to enrolled establishments and is just a reformed way of measuring the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), that introduced market voluntary compliance with labor standards, like the General Labor Standards (GLS), Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), and Child Labor Law (Republic Act 9231).”

  4. To qualify for the TCCLS, an establishment must meet these criteria: • (a) It ought to be duly registered with either the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), DOLE and other appropriate government agencies; • (b) It comes with a valid business permit from the Local Government Unit; • (c) Must not have any pending case with the DOLE involving violations of General Labor Standards, Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and Child Labor Law in the period of the application; and • (d) It does not have any case of Fatal Accident, Permanent Total/Partial Disability, or Occupational Illness within twelve months during the time of the application.
